Perfectly Cooked Air Fryer Salmon Fillets
Perfectly cooked salmon with a crispy exterior and tender interior.
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Optional: fresh dill or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush both sides of the fillets with olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.
Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Air fry the salmon fillets at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
Once cooked, remove the salmon fillets from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
Serve the salmon fillets with lemon slices and garnish with fresh dill or parsley if desired.
Enjoy your perfectly cooked air fryer salmon fillets as a healthy and delicious main dish!
